SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

We charge a flat rate of $10 on orders within Australia and offer FREE shipping for orders over $150. If you have any questions regarding your order please CONTACT US and we will try our best to ensure that your shipping costs are kept to a minimum.

All of our orders are shipped using EXPRESS Australia Post satchels. The estimated delivery time for EXPRESS shipping is 1-3 business days based on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery time to your area. 

Orders placed before 2pm are usually shipped same day while orders after this time are shipped next business day. We try our very best to ship out our orders in a timely manner within 1-2 business days. Please note we cannot guarantee these times. Sometimes due to busy periods there may be a delay in shipping out orders. In most cases, customers in metro areas will receive their order the day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 3 business days.
